Elizabeth Bowie Christoforetti is a designer, technologist, and writer. She directs design at Supernormal and design research in both practice and the academy. She is Assistant Professor in Practice of Architecture at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where she is a principal investigator in the Laboratory for Design Technologies; she has also held positions at the MIT Media Lab and Northeastern University. Her interests include housing design, 17th century still life paintings, socio-technical systems, house museums, artificial intelligence (especially in relationship to human creativity), and her two children and their poodle. Elizabeth lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
