The construction of Supernormal’s public art piece for Design Seaport is featured in The Shape of Art to Come in the Boston Globe in December of 2020. The process involved fabrication of an inflatable, construction of a really big box, interactive electronics programming, and lots of tests to get projection set up. The interaction design research and exterior projection coordination were challenging in ways that we never could have imagined. . . all amplified by COVID protocols.
